A recommended element is one that is not mandatory but will assume a prominent position in future application usage. This management capability enables monitoring and interception of missing data before it becomes highly relevant within the company's business.

For example:

During the entry of a new customer, the VAT number may not be relevant. It becomes significant during the invoicing phase. By setting the VAT number as recommended, it is possible to check, before invoicing, which customers lack this information. Simultaneously, the user can still enter the customer's data.

By setting the supply policy as recommended, it is possible to check, before purchasing, which items lack this information. Simultaneously, the user can enter the product's data.
