Style.. is built in Java, making it multi-platform (IBM AS/400, Sun Solaris, Windows, Apple/Mac, Tablet PC, Linux). Its multi-screen architecture enables a comprehensive view of an event, employing both Top-Down and Bottom-Up techniques.

Style.. supports multiple databases, making it compatible with IBM Db2, Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, generally with the major databases in the market.

Style.. allows installations in WEB or Stand Alone modes; client/server communication is transparent for both Internet and Intranet use. The client used is a simple web browser compatible with Java or Web Start.

Style.. is structured with a Three-Tier architecture that includes a new intermediate module (Middleware) for managing data transfer from the client level, addressing access issues at the database data archive level. Since the client level is independent of the data archive level, communication between the client and middleware occurs via standard protocols (HTTP, Socket, ...). The Three-Tier architecture involves three levels:

-Presentation level;

-Intermediate level (middleware);

-Data archive level.
