BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

WORKING CYCLE
-Style.. proposes to manage the collections’ demonstration throughout all seasonal change on the markets; the collections will allow to create different models with new colours (catalogues) and use the collection list on different markets with their relative currency.
-Style.. proposes to organise the sales in the same way either from inside the firm or outside (agents, shops, exhibition stands); this method will cancel the need for the firm to use alternative selling way such as : sales agents, shops, retails etc…
-Style.. will suggest online the missing parts and forecast the delivery (A.T.P.), this will happen as soon as the sales order is processed; it will also be able to allocate production to your own customer or warehouse (Strong or Light) and also monitor online the delivery on every single line of the sales order.
BOX MANAGEMENT
-Style.. allows punctual management of the transports between different department thanks to a scheduled transport plan; this tools will enable to monitor and consider all transport time between one production cycle and another. The transport module organises the shipment by road, sea etc..
-Style.. manages the warehouses in different departments, the divisions inside each warehouse allow the monitoring of different changes that the products may have.
-Style.. enables the mapping of the warehouses, this is also called Client Box or Technical Box. The mapping makes possible to trace the goods inside the Box and guide the way (manual or automatic) before issuing the packing list.
PLANNING
-Style.. pays attention to the increasing field demands; it allows different planning on divisions located on different markets. The planning is made using full production capability, either for the internal Work centre (like work sections in the firm’s premises or controlled by the firm) or for the external Work centre (like workshops, third parties work room).
-Style.. allows the simulation on different production lines or the schedule on each single unit (for example looms, injection machines); if somebody wishes to draw a hypothetical production program there is the possibility to action different levels. The decision maker can use the planning either for semi-finished goods or for finished products.

PRODUCTION
-Style.. creates planned / simulated work orders on real time involving the real work orders; this functionality gives the person who plans a global vision of what is simulated/planned and being made. Through production cycles there is the chance to see simulated start and end date of work and also each single phase on every level.
-Style.. proposes to deal with all planning on production lines internal or external even if not all executors are known and also aims to help the planner with the flexibility of the laboratories.
-Style.. proposes to bring forward the production cycle directly from external laboratories (pls refer to the paragraph of technical data) in order to check on-line exactly how the production is working from any place in the world this might be.
-Style.. proposes to administrate the resources spreading the departments ability not only trough the hours available but also trough the daily/weekly/monthly production.
-Style.. aims to manage the start of each plan using the material needed either available in stock or on order from one of the suppliers.
WORK ORDERS (WO)
-Style.. verifies the production ability; this function enables to assign the internal/external resources to each production line, counting the capacity, the number of pieces, hour and shifts on the firm’s or work room’s calendar. Style permits to move forward the production stage which is punctual or more easily to deal with more that one stages automatically. The production order and the ones already released will be able to fulfil the planned production to its best.
-Style.. enables to act on-line with corrective actions; the analysis of work orders which may have some anomalies can be quickly adjusted on each work phase modifying or replacing the work cycle adding new work cycles if necessary.
-Style.. allows to handle goods with the use of a bar_code system, any other goods movement can be done trough the bar_code in Internet, Intranet and wireless system.
DESIGN
-Style.. proposes to manage the design in an integrated way. The production cycles, bills of materials, technical forms, colouring modules and the creation of the catalogues are all available functions included in the design; this advantage will avoid the need and use of other alternative systems linked to the design like the technical form, catalogues and sales books.
-Style.. allows the design of the articles’ structure to have flexible rules on different kind of products, this will enable the firm to work on highly customised environments like Total look. TECHNICAL FORM
